In 2013 CVB, a start-up microbrewery in Coachella Valley, requested ICLA create their brand and produce designs for their various beer labels and printed/digital assets.
With the desert as their backdrop, farm fresh ingredients from orchards nearby and the highway system connecting CVB to the country, ICLA created CVB’s iconic look from the easily recognized, ubiquitous highway and interstate signs. The result is a memorable brand, easily recognized and remembered, that enables the brand to separate well from the competition.
The CVB mark is visually strong and can be read and recognized from afar. The same characteristics are reflected in all their beer labels, six packs, and signage as well. With a vast and growing list of other microbreweries vying for shelf space, the CVB brand stands head and shoulders above the rest and the results have been extraordinary. In just over two years of operation, CVB is now available throughout California, Arizona and Nevada.
