Created specifically to hold fabric swatches in the showrooms, JEC directed ICLA to engineer and produce a 2-drawer, turned edge box to hold the total JEC collection of fabrics.
Concurrently, ICLA was tasked to produce a new complete collection of fabric cards from supplied fabric rolls. To accomplish this required trimming over a half million fabric swatches with pinked edges on all four sides and applying them to the individual swatch cards ICLA produced. With careful application to ensure equal borders, matching accuracy was also important as each card had specific fabric information on the back.
Finishing the project required careful collation of the fabrics and threading them in correct order on unique wire c-rings by group and carton packing in sets for easy insertion into the showroom drawers at a later date.
