He wanted to design a unique box to hold his lifetime of music – a collection of 10 CDs produced over a 30 year period. Mike’s single request was that we design a box to house his CDs, bringing all of the diverse graphic styles together in a cohesive and creative box set.

To achieve this, ICLA created and produced a double box set that hinged both on the top and on the side and thereby created a tableau of individual graphic elements, extracted from his 10 CD collection, that cross over from one panel to the next.
